We took the train to Munich for a little sight seeing and some curry wurst. The first picture shows the Rathaus which is German for City Hall. The next picture shows our lunch – curry wurst, which is Leslie’s favorite German dish (her mom made it when she was growing up). There are a lot of beautiful churches in in Germany and we stopped by St. Johann Nepomuk, better known as the Asam Church (German: Asamkirche). This church was built from 1733 to 1746 by the Asam brothers as their private church. Due to resistance of the citizens, the brothers were forced to make the church accessible to the public.
The Nymphenburg Palace (German: Schloss Nymphenburg is a Baroque palace. It was the main summer residence of the rulers of Bavaria and the Duke of Bavaria still lives there.
