November 27th, 2015 – Boyce Thompson Arboretum – Superior, Arizona

We decided to take a quick post Thanksgiving trip through nearby Arizona with a few of our neighbors (Larry & Sharon and Bill & Linda).  The first stop was Boyce Thompson Arboretum which is the largest and oldest botanical garden in the state of Arizona.  It was founded in 1924 as a desert plant research facility and “living museum”.  We took a beautiful 2 mile walk and enjoyed the fantastic weather and scenery.
