May 20th, 2016 – Christopher’s Medical School Graduation – Philadelphia – Pennsylvania

We are so very proud of our son Christopher.  He is the first doctor in our family.  Leslie definitely teared up a few times.  Matthew just happened to be in a wedding this weekend in Valley Forge, PA, so Nora and he came in a day early and were able to be with us to celebrate.

So, what do you do after you graduate from medical school? You go to Disney’s Pixar exhibit at the Franklin Institute.  It was something Christopher wanted to do.  It was very interesting.  We had no idea how much human intervention is still used – they still start with hand drawings.  The mathematics involved is phenomenal.  There were several hands-on exhibits also.  This is a traveling exhibit, so if you see it coming to your town, we definitely recommend it.

We too are soooo proud of Christopher even though we cannot take any of the credit except knowing his mom and dad. It just had to be a wonderful day for the entire family to hear him called Doctor Christropher Michael Scanlon. Congratulations to ALL of you!!
