November 25th, 2016 – Saguaro National Park – Tucson, Arizona

It was such a beautiful day we decided to take advantage of some local things we have not done.  Also, Don has been dying to get his Senior Pass for the National Parks.  Ten dollars and the pass is good for the rest of his life.  He is so excited.  Luckily Saguaro National Park is near us so he could get his pass and we could enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Seeing a sunset at Gates Pass (which is near the national park) is on the list of the top 5 things to do in Tucson.  Don was so enamored with taking pictures of the cactus, that we barely made it up there for the sunset.  We made it though and it was well worth it (we will not tell you how fast we drove to get there).
